Services Offered at Elle L. Psychotherapy

Individual, Family, and Couples Psychotherapy
Our clinicians are here to support you wherever you are. We currently offer Telehealth therapy to clients in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Florida, Pennsylvania, and Ohio, as well as in-person sessions at our Tribeca office for clients who prefer to meet together in a shared space.
Your journey with us begins with a 60-minute biopsychosocial intake session, where your therapist will take the time to truly get to know you; your story, your strengths, and what you’re hoping to work toward. From there, you and your clinician will decide together whether 45-minute or 60-minute sessions best meet your needs.
Most clients meet with their therapist once or twice a week, depending on what feels most supportive and aligned with their goals.
Caregiver Coaching & Consultation
We offer 30–60 minute support sessions for individuals who have a family member or loved one struggling with an eating disorder. These sessions are designed to help you better understand how eating disorders develop and to learn supportive, effective ways to engage and communicate with your loved one during this challenging time.
We use EFFT (Emotion-Focused Family Therapy) and Emotion Coaching to help caregivers and supports strengthen communication, reduce conflict, and increase emotional regulation skills.

Eating Disorder Recovery Coaching
Through coaching, we support teens and adults, including, but not limited to neurodivergent, LGBTQ+, & BIPOC individuals, who are navigating eating-disorder recovery by offering steady, compassionate guidance every step of the way. Grounded in a HAES® and anti-diet approach, we create a respectful, weight-inclusive environment where you feel understood, validated, and empowered to move forward at a pace that feels safe for you.
We work collaboratively to build practical skills, strengthen emotional tolerance, and develop real-life strategies that honor your unique needs and lived experience. Through consistent check-ins, shared goal-setting, and non-judgmental accountability, we walk alongside you as you rebuild trust in yourself and your relationship with food and body.
