Isabelle specializes in neuro-affirming therapy for neurodivergent individuals, including support around masking, identity, relationships, emotional regulation, and how this impacts the mind-body connection. She cultivates a welcoming, supportive space grounded in curiosity, empathy, and collaboration. With a particular focus on ADHD and Autism, she uses a trauma-informed and integrative approach of parts work and somatic practices to help clients understand how their experiences, environments, and ways of navigating the world have shaped their sense of self and relationship with food. Isabelle believes that each client is the expert on their own life, and that therapy should feel like talking to someone who truly understands your world.

Isabelle's Approach
Isabelle takes an integrative, holistic, and trauma-informed approach to therapy, drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), DBT, and Somatic Experiencing (SE) to help clients build self-awareness and practical tools for meaningful change. She also works with couples, incorporating the Gottman Method to support communication, understanding, and stronger connection. At the heart of her work is helping clients reconnect with themselves beneath the patterns, expectations, and adaptations they have developed, creating space to better understand who they are, what they need, and what feels true to them. Her goal is to help clients live and relate to others with greater authenticity, rather than feeling the need to constantly perform or adapt.
